Payment is due in full prior to despatch of goods. In the event that a credit account has been agreed, payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice.<\/p>\n<p>Payment can be made by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Credit cards ( we accept all major credit cards)<\/li>\n<li>Payments ( please call for bank details )<\/li>\n<li>Cheques ( made payable to \u201cWe Are On A Lark Limited\u201d )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"answer3\">RECEIVING PARCELS<\/h2>\n<p>Please check the following steps when receiving your parcel from our courier service<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Always check the number of parcels you are signing for<\/li>\n<li>Check your goods off against the delivery note<\/li>\n<li>Should the parcel look damaged, please sign for it as damaged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"answer6\">DELIVERY CHARGES<\/h2>\n<p>Please refer to the\u00a0delivery page\u00a0for further details on delivery charges.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"answer7\">ELECTRICAL ITEMS<\/h2>\n<p>We Are On A Lark Ltd guarantees all products against mechanical and electrical manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n<p>During this guarantee period, We Are On A Lark will repair or replace (at We Are On A Lark\u2019s discretion) the product or its defective parts subject to the terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p>This guarantee does not cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Periodic maintenance, the repair or replacement of parts due to wear and tear<\/li>\n<li>Consumables (components that are expected to require periodic replacement during the lifetime of a lamp such as batteries, starters, bulbs, ballasts, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Damage or defects caused by use or treatment of the product inconsistent with normal use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"answer8\">INTERNET ORDERS<\/h2>\n<p>When placing an order from We Are On A Lark website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, where a credit card payment will be taken upon despatch of your order.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"answer9\">ORDERING &amp; SUPPORT<\/h2>\n<p>Products can be purchased in a variety of ways.
